Debi has been involved in the real estate industry since 1983. Her experience includes tenure as head of the commercial mortgage servicing department of a prominent Washington, D.C. area banking institution. She also managed bank-owned real estate and workout negotiations for troubled commercial mortgage loans.

In 1990 she entered the consulting world, quickly gaining national recognition performing real estate operational and financial analysis of commercial, retail and industrial property, as well as large resort developments. She has performed critical reviews, site inspections and property and loan valuations of commercial real estate assets owned by the Resolution Trust Corporation and other governmental and private entities. She has also managed numerous due diligence projects nation wide. Her client list includes financial and public institutions, such as Bank of America, Wall Street firms and the US government, as well as private investors.

Debi is a graduate of Western State College in Colorado and has done graduate studies at Duke University in North Carolina. Additionally, she has completed all technical coursework for the Master Appraisal Institute commercial property designation, further broadening her real estate expertise.
